A unified developer portal consolidating API references, SDK guides, and onboarding tutorials into a single, searchable destination — replacing documentation scattered across wikis, PDFs, and internal tools.
Before this project, a new developer integrating with Pyramid’s platform had to piece together information from a wiki, a handful of PDFs, and tribal knowledge from the engineering team. The portal replaced all of that with one destination — versioned API references, quickstart guides, and interactive code samples, all built on the same documentation framework established for the wider Technical Communication engagement.
